      I am in favor in trying natural remedies so I will definitely try your suggestions. I’ve never had beetroot juice so that should be interesting. I also came across a product from http://www.hellolife.net called Menopol that apparently is a homeopathic medicine. Hopefully with this product and especially these at home remedies, the symptoms will be eased in a natural way.
