Since proteins are the least likely to be turned into body fat, the most logical way then is to base your diet mostly on them.Chicken and Tomato

Fats and carbohydrates are the cause of obesity and you should avoid consuming them as much as possible.This doesn’t mean you should completely stop consuming them, this simply means you should choose your consuming of fats and carbohydrates carefully and only eat the healthy and good ones.

So what are proteins?

They are large organic compounds of amino acids, that act as construction material for our body cells.

Our body is made mostly out of water around 60-70% is water and almost 20% of the rest are proteins. And the proteins are made from amino acids, where there is about 20 different groups of them.

We divide them into two separate groups, the essential amino acids, and the non-essential amino acids. The essential amino acids are basically the ones our body needs and can not produce itself, therefore you have to provide them for him.

On the other hand we have the so called non-essential amino acids, which are basically the ones that our body can produce itself, but it’s still good that we provide some for it, for it to function better and healthier.

If we go down to as basic level possible, the amino acids act as bricks in our body, like the bricks that are holding a house together. Our body is constantly regenerating and it actually changes all of the skin cells in a matter of months.

The basic job of proteins is the building, regeneration and maintenance of muscle tissue.

If you are not sure, in what foods does proteins appear, you should know that proteins don’t appear only in meat milk and eggs, there are also proteins in vegetables such as beans.

But you should know that proteins that come from vegetable are not complete and you have to eat various different kinds of vegetables in order to obtain all.

Can this high protein intake harm your body? The answer is no, there are no scientific studies that would prove that they are harmful to your body. However if you are experiencing any kidney problems already or have had problems in the past, the best thing to do is to consult with a doctor before you take any actions in changing your nutrition overall.

One last thing, your body consumes larger amounts of water when you are consuming this much proteins, thats why it is essential that you drink plenty of water through the day in order to prevent dehydration and any other side effects it may produce. Proteins can quickly start burning up the fat in your body and help you overcome the weight or fat problems.
