Pretty faces include standards of clear, spot-less skin for most of the girls specially the teens. Teen age years are the most sensitive with acne issues due to the shifts of hormone levels and puberty upsurge. Because of this age bracket as well, low self esteem can be derived by suffering from acne problems. Acne is basically one of the most common kinds of skin problem characterized by inflammation and redness spot typically on the face. Several causes contribute to the formation of acne, some of which are diet, genetics, hormones, stress and infection. Currently, there are so many available cream, facial washes and soaps that are being advertise to help prevent pimple formation. Also, topical and oral antibiotics are regularly recommended to treat this condition.

Two years ago, according to some studies it was found that acne medication could drive people toward suicide.  But this result lies not anymore.
Now the experts revealed that in fact acne, are those that can drive people to suicide.  Young people, especially teenagers, who are more prone to acne, are linked to depression and suicide ideas compared with the acne free adolescents.

Not all people can handle acne very well. Even though they have passed through puberty long ago, and they are constantly using face washing gels, tonic lotions and creams especially designed for oily skin types, they still suffer of acne. Here are some reasons why acne might still be affecting adult people and some ways of getting better:Acne

1. Cell phones. It seems that mobile phones are not as clean as we thought because makeup products, impurities and germs seem to gather on the surface of these useful and loved objects and end up on affecting the skin. As a lot of people do not clean their mobile phones very often (and some never do that unfortunately), there is no wonder acne appears on the cheek areas and nothing can heal it for good.

One of the most common hormonal disorders found among women of fertile age is the polycystic ovary syndrome. This is an endocrine disorder and if it is not diagnosed in time it can lead to severe complications like diabetes, ovary torsion and even infertility.

Polycystic ovary syndrome may not be easy detectable, but if you observe some of the following symptoms you should schedule a medical examination in order to make sure everything is ok:

* Pay attention to your menstruation: does it come regularly or irregularly? Most often irregular, few and even absent menstruation can be a sing of polycystic ovary syndrome.

When it comes about getting rid of acne and of the unaesthetic pimples that seem to appear when we mostly need a clean face, a lot of people tend to apply several drastic, uncertified measures for resolving this problem without considering the fact that they might only make things worse.

One of the most popular ideas is squeezing pimples out. This is definitely not tshe best solution to apply on the face as even though it might induce you the idea that you have speeded up things a little bit the only thing you actually do is traumatize your skin, leave an opened gate to germs, cause a scar and not even remove entirely the pimple. Don’t expose yourself to the risk of making things worse; just let the pimple take its time on healing.
