These things helps them a lot to get the actual reason for paranoid personality disorder developing in a patient when no physical problem is present at all.          

During interviews with the people living with such patient a mental health care specialist gets complete information about patient’s likes and dislikes, attachments and deviations, reactions and retaliations on various events and above all his habit of trusting or distrusting about other people. Moreover the psychiatrist himself asks questions to a patient about various social matters and gets his inner thoughts and ideas about that particular matter. Such data collection process and then complete analysis of this data makes them able to find out the real factor creating such abnormal thinking pattern in a patient.
