Simple remedies for tired eyes

Sometimes, hours that you spend at your computer can leave a deep print on your eye’s health. If you feel that your eyes are tired, you should go to the eye doctor.  There are different ways that can prevent this unpleasant moment.

First of all, it is very important to consume more fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins microelements and beta-carotenes: carrots, strawberries, peaches, also meat, milk, liver and others.

Moreover, there are other simple remedies that can show their effect immediately. So, at night, before you go to bed, massage   your eyes with almond oil. Besides, as a wonder, wrinkles near your eyes will disappear. The same effects can have the mask that consists of white of egg. Simple, mix up the white of egg and apply the foam on the zone below eyes.

The compresses of green and black tea have the dare to calm and to diminish circles under eyes. Drench some cotton in a warm tea and place it on the eyes for about 15 minutes. When the cotton dries, put it in the tea again.

Also, you can place some cold, fresh slices of cucumber on the eyes for one or two minutes to invigorate them.

These simple steps can make you and your eyes feel better than ever.
