The person should make sure that they have adequate exercise periods and the exercise should be done before having food. Breathing exercises should be done while exercising to make it more beneficial.

The next step that should be done is to also go on a diet that will help to support the elimination of fat from the body. This kind of diet includes a diet of low calorie and also low fat diet. Avoiding consumption of foods that are high in fat and oil will help to decrease the fat in the body. Fried foods should be avoided and foods that are having a lot of calories in them should also be avoided as the body tends to store the excessive calories as fat in the abdominal region.

The person should add more protein in the diet. The main role of protein in the body is that they help to build the muscle mass in the body. Foods that are rich in protein include soy bean, lean meat and egg.

A combination of all these things including fat free but protein rich diet and regular exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles will help to achieve a six pack Abs within a few weeks or months.
