Many healthy people wonder whether wine has benefits on human’s organism, or it is something that should be avoided at all costs. Nutritionist Frank Cooper has spent about two years researching the topic of wine and health, in addition, he found many answers. He examines the medicinal, nutritional, and environmental problems to do with wine, and the health considerations of the chemicals and additives that may be used in wine-making.

The good doctor, a cardiologist working at the University of Bordeaux affirmed that 2-3 glasses of red wine per day could reduce the risk of heart diseases by 40 percent. He recommended 1-2 glasses per day for women.

Scientists declare that the advantageous element in wine is alcohol, which dilate the arteries and act as an anti-clotting agent, and that all alcoholic beverages would express benefits.

A heart Study from Denmark analyzed alcohol consumers of wine, beer and liquor. The study tracked 24,000 men and women over a twelve-year period. The details analyzed the death rates and established that only wine has an advantageous result on reducing all-cause mortality. 

But numerous people suffer from wine allergies. These suffers limit their consumption of wine because of headaches, facial flushing and other negative effect s. Wine allergies can be the result of the winemaking process which include a number of chemical, the natural chemicals contained in the grape itself.
