I have really bad anxiety when we have to present to the class, like a project and I have senior project that I have to present by myself. I lose sleep just thinking about it and it’s still months away. When I have tried to present before I shake really bad thats the worst part, and I can hear my heart beat in my ears and throat and I just want to cry. I would love to present but these things prevent me from doing it. I even get this way when I have to read out loud to the class, even though I’m in my seat I still get to the point where I’m shaking so badly I can’t even use a pencil and write. I have went to my doctor and she gave me a number to go see someone but I haven’ t, is this a good idea.
