Yoga itself is a simple method of curing various conditions and also reducing the severity of various conditions. Yoga can be used to decrease the stress of the person and can be combined with meditation to have the best effect.
One of the simplest methods of Yoga exercises is the Savasana. It is a very simple posture and the person is in a position where the body is sprawled on the ground. The hands are all extended and are at the side of the body. The legs are stretched out. This is a exercise that is done mainly to relax the body. This is very simple to get into the posture, but difficult to relax the body, so meditation is needed to gain complete relaxation of the body.
The next simple exercise in Yoga is the Sukhasana where the person sits with the legs bent into a cross legged position. The hands are held over the knees and the person sits in an erect posture. This is a simple posture and this exercise helps to meditate and get the mind over the body of the person.
Neck exercises: There is a exercise to relax the neck muscles as the neck is the part of the body that is usually all stressed up. The relaxation of the neck muscles causes the person to feel relaxed. The movement of the neck from side to side and rotation of the neck relaxes it and is another simple Yoga exercise.
The shoulder muscles can be exercised if the person uses the muscles to shrug the shoulder and this also causes relaxation of these muscles and is also one of the Yoga exercises that can be done.
Improving the eyesight and also relaxing the tension in the eyes is also important and can be performed with another simple eye exercise. In this the person moves the eye balls from one side to another and also from top to bottom. Then the eye balls are rotated in the eyes and these help to relax the eye.
