Winter Health

The latest “cold season” is practically here. You can take that two ways. Since the Winters are getting colder, not warmer, the Winter temperatures are going to be extended. Practically no one likes this, but you can prepare for the “cold and flu season” by doing a few simple things. Read on to find out how to survive Winter and hopefully not get a flu.Winter Health

An evaluation was done recently on five hundred adults. They were asked how many colds they got during the year. They were also asked how often they exercised in more than just a mild way. This physical exertion was more than just normal household duties. A short trip walking would not be included on the list as “exercise”. Those who did the most active exercise received twenty five per cent less colds during the year. The point here is that a good round of exercise, one that is a bit tiring, is a way to avoid a cold or flu. During the Winter months therefore, you can help your own body ward off the cold or flu by being not just more active, but by actually partaking in strenuous exercise. Remember the old saying; ” No pain, no gain. “.

Another way to avoid getting not only colds, but other nasty things is to get your PH level balanced. A PH level is the measure of acidity and alkalinity of an object. In this case, you are the object. Did you know that many destructive bacteria like the acidic environment ? Did you also know that cancer thrives in an acidic environment ? Which do you have in your body ? Well, it is easy to get some PH paper and test yourself. You can get PH paper at a pharmacy or at a health food store more than likely. A normal PH level is 7.0 to 7.3. If your level is too high, you can use sodium bicarbonate in a glass of water. Many people already use the sodium bicarbonate ( baking soda ) to help them when they have gas on the stomach. If you live in the United States you are in a country that pays for more prescription medicine than any other group in the world. For some reason, the United States is not the “bastion of health” that it should be during the Winter ( or Summer either ). The people in Europe are not far behind the United States. Surviving the Winter without getting hit by a flu bug or cold seems like a unreachable goal for most people. That could not be more false. Not only can you avoid getting the flu by exercising and controlling other aspects of your health, you will also feel better. Take control of your own health, continue doing what you are doing now; seeking the timeless advice of those who promote organic living. Not only will you be able to survive, but you will feel better also.

We must take care about our health even in winter. Good tips even my country don’t have winter season

we go to queensland in winter to get a bit of warmth.
