What is bodytrim diet?

Phase 2: Weight Loss - This stage is crucial for the success of the program, this entails a breakfast with a service of 50 to a 100 grams of protein and unlimited fruits and vegetables.     I don’t understand what you mean in your disadvantages when you said

    Other than buying the kit you don’t need to buy anything else. There are no supplements herbal or otherwise required. It is all about real food. And it really works.

    You are wrong fruit is not permittedon bodytrim weightloss phase only on day off and maintanance. All in all i copied the diet got a few of geoffs recipe books. Within 8 weeks lost 15 kgs with no exercise and kfc pizza on days off. I am still maintainig but have added carbs into dinner, still with no exercise.
