		<description>My aunt has had fibromyalgia for years, and she is always looking for more ways to wake up feeling like she can get out of bed. She has a really hard time exercising, but swimming sounds like a good idea (if she can get there!) Thank you for this interesting and informative post. I&#039;ve never really understood what she was talking about when she told me about new things she was doing to ease the pain.</description>
