Endometrial cancer is the cancer of uterus. The uterus is located in the pelvic area and which looks like papaya or like a pear. Approximately, 90% of all uterine cancers are endometrial cancers. It affects many women every year and is one of the leading causes of death in post menopausal age. It is less malignant than the breast and cervical cancer. Cancer of uterus may arise after fibroids.

The cancer occurs in the cells of the inner lining of the uterus which is called the endometrium. As the cell of inner lining uterus grows, cancer is formed. The cause of endometrial cancer is exactly not known, but the majority of evidences that points towards high levels of estrogen which are mainly responsible for endometrial cancer. There are many risk factors which can leads to endometrial cancer are obesity, high intake of fats and proteins, woman having ovarian or breast cancer, diabetic women and women who have never been pregnant and high blood pressure.

Acute pancreatitis is sudden inflammation of the pancreas. Pancreas is a small, leaf like gland situated behind the stomach responsible for controlling glucose metabolism in the body. In the normal conditions, pancreas secretes the digestive juices into the intestine to digest the food.

Acute pancreatitis is known to cause 3% of admissions to hospital of all cases of abdominal pain. It affects 2 to 28 persons of every 100000 individuals. There can be various causes for acute pancreatitis. Major reasons include gallstones and alcohol consumption. Other causes can be renal failure, organ transplant and extremely low body temperature.

Patient with acute pancreatitis presents with severe abdominal pain in the upper region. This pain can radiate to the back in 65% of cases. Patient will complain nausea and vomiting. The area of stomach will be sore and tender.

CANCER OF THE LUNG

Lung cancer is the malignant growth of the lung tissues. This is very common type cancer in males and tops the cancer types in causing maximum number of deaths due to cancer. It causes 1.3 million deaths worldwide every year. There is excessive growth of the lung tissue. This growth is not uniform and causes many complications in the patient. Lung cancer is very malignant i.e. it spreads to other organs really fast and causes growths in other organs too. The basic symptoms include weight loss, dyspnea or difficult breathing, suffocation and consistent cough.

Acute renal failure is the condition of kidney in which excretory function of kidney fails that may lead to accumulation of waste products. As in acute Glomerulonephritis, blood pressure rises suddenly, acute infection of the kidneys can occur, or dehydration can occur due to repeated vomiting, diarrhea, or due to sudden bleeding, or due to marked fall in blood pressure in a case of heart attack. Thus, the signs and symptoms alter according to disease of the patient.

Promptly treatment should be started whenever any of the above signs, symptoms of diseases occur, and then carefully case should watched and daily output of urine must be seen. Whenever any person starts passing less urine then it should be carefully seen if there is any abnormality in the kidney function and therefore, it is recommended that each day the amount of urine should be collected and must be measured.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

ADHD is a specific pattern of inattention and excessive activity or hyperactivity or both; it is frequent and severe reaction. ADHD is very common among the children. The child won’t show ant signs in the beginning until the symptoms become very severe and can be noticed by the parents. There is prevalence of 3% to 5% among the children.

The symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder include inattention, impulsive nature and over activity. These symptoms will become less when the child id kept under control and encouraged towards interesting activities and challenges. ADHD can occur in group situations and treatment can be given by motivation and support.
